Mission: To increase ease of access to and around the property and reclaim a forgotten back yard without creating too much need for regular maintenance.

Strategy: At the front of house – pour in-situ pavers at the front and side of the house, surrounded by ready lawn. At the rear – lay pre-cast pavers, build a garden shed, pour an in-situ concrete landing and steps down to the lawn area and lay artificial turf.
